Amy graduated from Sault Area High School with the class of 1998. She 
attended college at Grand Valley State University and Lexington 
University in Chicago. From 2005 until present, she served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a AMT Helicopter Mechanic. She first served on-board the ice cutter “Polar Sea” out of Seattle, WA, then was stationed at Air 
Station Humboldt in Northern California, and finally at Air Station Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, TX. She enjoyed all forms of outdoor activity, especially snowboarding and hiking. She loved to read and enjoyed listening to music. Most of all she enjoyed helping people and making others happy.
